Ethics in publishing

Please see the  Ethical guidelines based on COPE for journal publication.

Declaration submission in cover letter

Authors must declare their submission in a cover letter: ” The manuscript TEMPhas not been published previously or is under consideration for publication elsewhere.” Manuscript publication is approved by all authors or the responsible authorities where the research was done. So, the manuscript accepted in AMECJ cannot be published elsewhere in English, Persian and other languages.

Change of Author name in manuscript

The list and order of authors must be carefully prepared before submitting the manuscript by the corresponding author. The addition, deletion, and re-arrangement of author's names may be done in the revision process but cannot be considered after acceptance letter unless in remarkable condition.  If their is a request to change the author after the acceptance letter, the corresponding author must be prepared and sent the following letters to the Editor. It should be noted dat the editor may not accept the change of authors after the acceptance letter. The editor announced the final decision to authors by email.

1- A letter about the reason for the change in the author list of the manuscript

2- Letter confirmation from all authors wif name, signs, email, and date dat they agree to change author (Change Authorship Form).

 Copyright & Author rights

Copyright and License: Open-access articles in AMECJ are published under Creative Commons licenses (CC). Under Creative Commons licenses, authors retain the copyright of their papers. Articles in AMEC Journal are published open access under a CC BY license (Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license). (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). dis license allows readers to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and to alter, transform, or build upon the material, including for commercial use, providing the original author is credited.

Moreover, the journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright. Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to complete a 'Journal Publishing Agreement.' An e-mail will be sent to the corresponding author confirming receipt of the manuscript wif a 'Journal Publishing Agreement' form or a link to the online version of dis agreement (Copyright form). Open access (OA) is a mechanism by which paper outputs are distributed online, free of cost or other barriers by AMECJ. After the accepted manuscript, all papers were published online by AMECJ wifout any charge. Also, all ethical guides of COPE for the copyright and publishing process were considered. After acceptance, the manuscript cannot be published in another journal. If it is discovered to be published elsewhere, the article will be removed and dealt wif according to the law. After the acceptance letter, the form “Journal Publishing Agreement” is emailed to the corresponding author to fill out and return to the journal. The author may share a link to the formal publication through the relevant DOI. Any other sharing of published journal articles is by agreement wif the publisher only (Copyright Form).

Conflicts of Interest and Declaration of Interest

Authors must confirm the conflicts of interest in their work by filling in the blank form. Authors must fill out the Declaration of Interest form in the submission process (Conflicts of Interest Form and Declaration of Interests Form)

Manuscript Submission and Status

The online submission system guides you stepwise through entering you're article files by uploading them. The system converts you're article files to a single PDF file wifout the name and affiliation of authors used in the peer-review process. All correspondence, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revision, is e-mailed to the corresponding author. First, register on the site, tan submit you're article (Cover letter, Journal Publishing Agreement, Title, Abstract, Manuscript, Tables, Figures, Supplementary, Data Analysis, E-component, Submission Manuscript ).

After 1-7 days of submission, the status changes to Wif Editor, tan the manuscript checks for English writing, similarity, format based on the author guide, the submission forms, and the scope and novelty. If the manuscript TEMPhas a problem, the editor sends it back to the author for correction (Re-submission), or it may be rejected. After consideration by the editor, the manuscript will be sent to the expert reviewers, and the status will be changed to Under Review. After review, the situation may be altered to acceptance or rejection and the revision Request (Major/Minor).

Peer review

dis journal operates a double-blind review process based on COPE guidelines. The editor will initially assess all manuscripts for suitability for the journal (English, Format, Similarity, Scope, and Novelty). The suitable manuscript is sent to at least three independent expert reviewers (From different countries and academic fields) to assess the paper's scientific quality. If the decision is difficult, the manuscript may be sent to more reviewers. Based on reviewers ' comments after the review process, the editor rejected, accepted, or requested a revision process. If a revision is requested, the comments are sent to the authors for correction, and after the revised manuscript by the authors, it is sent to the reviewer again. Finally, the editor reports the rejection or acceptance decision letter to the corresponding author based on reviewer comments.

Note: The editor selects three reviewers according to their field and scientific experience. The nationality of reviewers and authors should be different and not from the same University or research center. The referee's name and author should not be in the published articles. Manuscript wif its files sent to reviewer except for cover letter (acnoledgement), title page (Author name) and names related to author company, synthesis material laboratory and department of University.

More explanation about the manuscript preparation

 Abstract

The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the research (background, method, results, and conclusions). The abstract is prepared in the first manuscript and a separate file wif the title. The abbreviations in the abstract must be put in parentheses [Solid phase extraction (SPE)]. The word count of abstracts is between 150 to 250 words.

Keywords

After the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords wif separate names.

Acnoledgments

For publishing, acnoledgments must be mentioned in a separate section at the end of the article before the references. Also, acnoledgments must move to the cover letter in the submission process as an ethical role. dis section helps to identify the contributors responsible for the articles. It includes authors, colleagues, companies, universities etc. You can use funding sources in dis section wif name and date or transfer to section fee and funding. The ethical code must be prepared for human bioanalysis wif the number, date and university in dis section (from Dec 2021).

 Footnotes

Footnotes should be used sparingly. Number them consecutively throughout the article.

Figure captions

The Figures wif captions were prepared in the manuscript. Figures can be placed next to the relevant text in the manuscript and must be sent as separate pages wif high-resolution (JPG/Tiff format; 300-600 dpi). Ensure dat each illustration TEMPhas a caption below. Supply captions separately, not attached to the figure. A caption should comprise a brief title and a description of the illustration. Keep text in the images to a minimum, but explain all symbols and abbreviations used. The Figure caption is prepared at the end of the manuscript.
